Thank you for using iFREE GROUP’s iAPP mobile application (“iAPP")! Please read this iFREE GROUP iAPP Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement") carefully before using iAPP. By accepting this Agreement or using iAPP, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and that you agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not download, install, access, or use iAPP and any other related services.
1.1 This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and iFREE GROUP Limited ("iFREE"), in regard to download, installation, access, use or copy of iAPP and iFREE’s related services.
2.1 iAPP is iFREE's mobile application for Users to manage iFREE products and services (“iFREE Products”). Services (the "Service") include package purchasing, top-up, data usage checking, customer enquiry, and many more.
2.2 Service License
2.2.1 Provided that you accept and adhere to this Agreement, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use iAPP and the Service for its intended purpose. In order to use the Service, you will have to register an account and sign in with your email address and password.
2.3 Permission of Use
2.3.1 iFREE grants you a license to install, use, display, and run iAPP solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.3.2 You may make one copy of iAPP in machine-readable form solely for backup purposes. This backup copy must include all copyright information contained in the original version.
2.3.3 iFREE reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement. You are expressly prohibited from assigning your rights or obligations under this Agreement without iFREE’s prior written consent. iFREE's failure to strictly enforce any term or condition or to exercise any right we may have will not constitute a waiver of our right to strictly enforce these terms and conditions or exercise our rights in the future.
3.1 Users can download iAPP from app stores or from other third parties authorized by iFREE.
3.2 If you install iAPP from an unauthorized third party or an application with an identical name, you are solely liable and responsible for your interaction with a third-party source and iFREE is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer.
4.1 You may uninstall iAPP to update to a newer version or if you no longer need our Service.
5.1 iFREE recognizes the importance of information privacy and takes appropriate security measures to protect a User’s personal information. iFREE will not share or disclose any personal data to any third parties except when having your permission or under special circumstances, such as to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. iFREE encrypts data transmission and storage to secure all personal information.
5.2 You must provide certain information to register for an account or use our Service. As part of account registration and account verification, you will be required to provide information such as a valid email address. In some cases if required by law, we may request documents to verify your identity, such as a copy of your government-issued identification. If you do not provide information as we deem necessary or appropriate, you will not be able to use or will have limited access to iFREE Products and Services.
5.3 Under normal circumstances, you may view and change the personal information that you have provided at any time. Any information regarding initial registration information and verification information, due to security and verification reasons, may not be changed.
5.4 iFREE's security management system is built with a variety of security technology and security procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
5.5 iFREE will not share or disclose any personal data to any third parties except when having your permission or under special circumstances, such as to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
5.6 iFREE attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under 18 years of age, you must obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using our Service.
5.7 Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data, and to request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your own Personal Data.
5.7.1 Where the use of your information is based on consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.Requests should be submitted by contacting us through [Support Center].
5.7.2 If you are aware of changes or inaccuracies in your information, you should inform us of such changes so that our records may be updated or corrected. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that our processing of your Personal Data infringes applicable law.
5.7.3 We retain your Personal Data as providing services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable laws, such as tax and accounting laws.
5.8 Our business may require us to transfer your Personal Data to other countries or regions. We take appropriate steps to ensure that recipients of your Personal Data are bound to duties of confidentiality and we implement measures such as standard contractual clauses. A copy of those clauses can be obtained by contacting our Support Center.
6.1 Service Usage
6.1.1 You must register an iFREE account to use our Service. After successfully registering for an account, you may bind the ICCID number of your iFREE SIM card and/or your own mobile phone number. When binding with an email address, do not bind to an account with an existing bind of the same type of SIM. We reserve the right to change or modify the method of registration and account binding, at any time and for any reason to the needs of our Users or the requirement of an iFREE Product.
6.1.2 iFREE may terminate or suspend your account (or access to the Services) at any time without notice if iFREE believes that you have breached this Agreement in its sole discretion. You shall obtain the right to use your account after completing the registration process. The right to use the account only belongs to the initial registrant. You may not gift, lend, lease, transfer, or sell your iFREE account or otherwise license the account to others. A user other than the initial registrant may not use an iFREE account through endowment, inheritance, lease, transfer, or any other means.
6.1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
